FRI NGO CONSTRUCTS CLASSROOM BLOCK AT BADUKROM



As part of the 10th anniversary of The Family Renaissance International a non-profit organization, has decided to construct a three classroom block for children between the ages of four to eight in Badukrom one of the deprived rural community in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District.
The President of the organization Rev. Mrs. Catherine Onwioduokit disclosed this during a sod-cutting ceremony to begin the construction of the school. She noted that the project will bring great relief and development to the villages and its natives since when completed children will no longer have to walk over three kilometers to neighboring villages for education.
Rev. Mrs. Catherine Onwioduokit reiterated that the challenges of deprivation, poverty, lack of basic amenities of life, child abuse and related vices can be minimized through joint individual efforts to help. She noted that as a people we need to avoid excessive reliance on government.
She appealed to other corporate organization and all to support the construction of the school project.
She concluded with this quote “The New Ghana, the Better Ghana starts from here. A better home means a better Ghana, an educated child means a better Ghana”
