Pineapple
Fritters
1. Beat a few eggs in a medium sized
bowl.
2. Get another medium sized bowl with a
thick layer of flour in it & do the same with some breadcrumbs.
3. Heat a saucepan which is about half
full of oil.
4. Cut the pineapple into rings.
5. Dip each ring first in the flour,
then in the egg,
then in the breadcrumbs.
6. Dip the pineapple ring into the hot
oil for approximately 10 seconds or until it has turned golden brown.
7. Serve and enjoy as a snack or
dessert!
